AI Project Leadership Role

This position oversees the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI initiatives.

  • Determine project scope, success metrics, and deployment strategies for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, sprint plans, risk assessments, and dependency maps.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to identify business processes and opportunities for automation or agentic development.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Ensure secure-by-design practices, model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish performance metrics and deliver regular executive reports.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets.
  • Mentor agile teams and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
