Job Overview

The Agricultural Products Strategy Lead will oversee the development, growth, and innovation of agricultural products. The role involves ensuring contracts are relevant to the market, profitable, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of Agri commodity strategy and performance on the exchange.
  • Collaboration with regulators, farm and trade bodies, physical market players, and internal teams.
  • Launch of new Agri contracts, enhancement of existing ones, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Monitoring of competitor activities, market trends, and contract compliance.
  • Coordination with sales, research, business development, risk management, warehouse, and marketing teams.
  • Representation at Agri events, conferences, and regulatory forums.
  • Ensuring timely communication, audits, reporting, and risk management compliance.
