Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to provide expert support and guidance to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to the development of our knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and remote access.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, applying advanced problem-solving skills and expertise in network protocols and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including technical bulletins and other resources, to support customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support environment, with a focus on network protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, IP routing, HTTP/HTTPS, Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, as required.
