Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead to manage mission-critical cloud infrastructure globally. This role involves providing 24x7 managed support for these environments, overseeing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with partners to find opportunities and realize them.
  2. Evaluate customer SLA performance and escalate issues to management as required.
  3. Oversee a team of Cloud Engineers, provide technical expertise and guidance where needed.
  4. Resolve complex issues via hands-on approach.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
  6. Evaluate team member performance periodically and provide feedback to HR.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in L3 technical support with a cloud-first data center or cloud support services organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud, containers, virtualization, and supporting technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL, VMware/KVM, and on-prem cloud technology.
  • Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus/Nagios/Zabbix/SolarWinds/ManageEngine.
  • Strong communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
  • Proven track record of managing teams of minimum 4 people.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience.
