Cloud, AI and Java Microservices Leader

We are seeking an experienced cloud, AI and Java microservices architect to lead our technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies, driving AI adoption and ensuring performance, scalability and security across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.
  • Design and deploy cloud-native, scalable and secure solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Drive AI adoption across enterprise applications (genetic AI, large language models, RAG and automation).
  • Design and oversee Java-based microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on frontend integration (React/Angular) and Python-based AI workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with cloud adoption frameworks and best practices.
  • Provide architectural governance, performance reviews and cost optimization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define innovation initiatives, cloud migration and digital transformation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in an architectural role.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP; multi-cloud preferred).
  • Solid background in Java and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration (genetic AI, large language models, RAG workflows, intelligent automation).
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and Python scripting.
  • Knowledge of enterprise solution design, integration patterns and governance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
