Key responsibilities include designing and delivering .NET Core solutions, implementing best practices in coding, CI/CD, and DevOps, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing actionable feedback.

You will also focus on improving developer productivity, coaching junior team members, and collaborating with product managers and architects to define technical roadmaps.

Requirements for success include strong technical expertise in C#, .NET Core OR Java and related frameworks, proficiency in working with relational databases like SQL and PostgreSQL, and familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures.
