Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our deal-making activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting investor accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for our investor clients.
  • Coordinating diligence activities and ensuring smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Tracking deal progress and monitoring acquisition timelines using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Providing light financial review and assisting with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating investor-related data and communications in our CRM and reporting tools.
  • Ensuring high-quality communication and preparing investor updates, responses, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exposure to working with U.S. or Western clients or companies is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts, such as due diligence, CIMs, EBITDA, and cash flow.
  • Comfortable working with data, organizing information, and following structured workflows.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment across time zones.
