As a Client Training & Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through our ERP system, ensuring they can use it effectively for their business operations.
**Company Overview:**
EOXS is a cutting-edge ERP software provider dedicated to helping steel service centers achieve operational excellence.
We empower our clients to streamline their operations, manage their inventory, and optimize their workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to new and existing clients on the effective use of EOXS ERP.
- Develop intuitive training materials, video tutorials, and FAQs to enhance client understanding.
- Provide personalized support during onboarding to guarantee seamless product adoption.
- Address client queries and resolve issues related to the product.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 0-1 years of experience in a training, teaching, or customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency required).
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple, engaging explanations.
- Experience with virtual training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Understanding of ERP/software systems (desired but not essential).
- Proactive approach to addressing client queries.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
