Job Description:

A key role in our organization is the Human Resources Business Partner. This individual will play a crucial part in helping us become future-ready by focusing on our existing workforce and preparing them for the future.

  • Reskilling and Upskilling:
    • Identify training needs and work with the Learning and Development function to align training programs with business objectives
    • Strategic Workforce Planning:
    • Ensure our workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
    • Succession Planning:
    • Select and develop key talent to ensure there are qualified individuals to fill critical roles
  • Provide HR advice to leaders as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management
  • Balancing Competitiveness:
  • Help line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
  • Optimizing Performance:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop or assist in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy
  • Reward and Recognition:
  • Implement interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement
  • Data Analysis:
  • Understand data interpretation, collection, and creation
  • Read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data
  • Familiarity with data collection methods, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Metrics and KPIs:
  • Set up and track relevant metrics and use them to drive business results
