
Experienced Client Advocate

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an agency setting.
The successful candidate will be a versatile individual with excellent problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of ownership. They will thrive under pressure, think creatively, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
Main responsibilities include working on key brands, contributing to the creation of digital experiences, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for devising strategic content, understanding stakeholder needs, and providing feedback to design and content teams.
Additional responsibilities include developing innovative solutions, creating buzz around the brand, and preparing reports for future strategy enhancements.
We are looking for a candidate with a creative mindset, proven experience in client servicing, and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms. If you're passionate about solving problems and thinking outside the box, we'd love to hear from you.
