Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry and Market Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the industry, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Valuation Services
  • Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using accepted asset valuation approaches and theories.
  • Asset Valuation Models
  • Design valuation models for asset valuation and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Collection and Management
  • Gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and on-site collection.
  • Asset Inspection and Evaluation
  • Inspect various assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/ assets etc.
  • Risk Management and Portfolio Maintenance
  • Identify and manage risks associated with property/project/market/developer and maintain a healthy portfolio through feasibility reports, valuation reports, project monitoring reports and market surveys.
  • Relationship Building and Liaison
  • Liaise with valuation agencies, real estate developers, and local government bodies for market analysis and updates.
  • Team Management and Development
  • Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team while maintaining TAT targets for the technical evaluation process.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil or Architecture required.
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the field is desired.
