About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Valuation Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in valuation requirements, mergers, demergers, restructuring, acquisition, divestiture, portfolio valuation, dispute valuation, and divestments.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals to provide companies with valuation solutions. They will analyze client issues, recommend solutions, and develop and review valuation models of varying complexities for entities operating across a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review valuation models of varying complexities
  • Analyze client issues and recommend solutions
  • Support the team in providing companies with valuation solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA Fresher or relevant qualification
  • Experience with Big 4 firms, leading investment banks, or their support centers
  • In-depth understanding of financial and valuation principles
  • Sound grasp of MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of using various research databases
