About the Role:

A dynamic and empathetic Sex Therapist is sought to provide guidance and support to individuals facing challenges in their sexual and psychological health. This role combines therapeutic expertise with sales responsibilities, including initial discovery calls and pitching treatment packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.
  • Establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and plans, demonstrating how they align with client goals.
  • Effectively communicate benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing concerns or questions.
  • Closed sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.

Therapeutic Support:

  • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during initial calls, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client needs, upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Offer referrals or resources for clients not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with a team of therapists, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Assist in continuously improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings by providing feedback on client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, building rapport quickly and addressing client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
