You should also understand different ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Service Request Fulfilment, Change and Release Management, and Knowledge Management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

A strong background in IT service management is highly desirable, along with experience in using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
