Job Title:

B2B Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B integration specialist to administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments for reliability, performance, and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including working knowledge of transformation extender advanced (ITXA), container orchestration platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
  2. Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows aligning with business and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using ITXA.
  4. Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  5. Act as a duty manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  6. Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  7. Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions like Portworx.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments.
