We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a critical role in the development, configuration and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for our GenAI-powered products.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will design, deploy and maintain LLM-based solutions using open-source models and APIs.
  • Develop and fine-tune Small Language Models (SLMs) for specific enterprise verticals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Write efficient Python code for training pipelines, model orchestration, inference services, and dataset management.
  • Build, clean and label datasets for supervised fine-tuning and evaluation, adhering to industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on NLP and GenAI.
  • Hands-on expertise in LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, or similar open models.
  • Proficiency in Python and key libraries, including data science and machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience with dataset creation, curation, and labeling for fine-tuning tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Conduct experimentation and benchmarking across models to measure accuracy, latency, and cost-performance trade-offs, providing actionable insights.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and embedding models for vector database integrations, enhancing model performance.
