Interior Design Professional

  • Develop comprehensive design concepts and technical drawings that balance aesthetics and functionality.
  • Analyze user needs by conducting research, conceptualizing designs, and participating in their development.
  • Present interior design ideas and planning strategies using hand-drawn sketches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Create detailed construction documents, specifications, and drawings for interior design projects, adhering to our high standards for deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), Master of Architecture (M'Arch), Bachelor of Interior Design (B'ID), Master of Interior Design (M'ID) in architecture or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with strong technical skills.
  • Proficiency in primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with additional software like Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is beneficial.

  • Material and product selection expertise.
  • Knowledge of furniture, decorative lighting, equipment, and window treatment product specifications.
  • Ergonomics understanding.
  • Interior lighting expertise.
  • Sanitary fixture, fitting, and accessory product knowledge.
  • Disability codes and layout applicability understanding.
  • Material sample board creation.
Personal Qualities
  • A results-driven mindset with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Revit skills for interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in the English language.
