Job Title: Lead Architect- Workplace Designer

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a unique blend of artistic flair and technical expertise, enabling them to transform interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing functional environments.

Responsibilities include leading a team, thinking outside the box, collaborating with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver workspaces that surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct thorough research to understand client business, industry challenges, and goals. Analyze client workspace requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Conceptual Design: Develop innovative design proposals integrating space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Space Planning and Layout: Create efficient space plans, accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client's cultural ethos.
  • Material Selection and Specification: Curate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with envisioned aesthetic while meeting stringent functional criteria.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Budget Management: Establish project budgets and timelines within budget constraints to deliver cost-effective design solutions.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting purposes.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design meets quality standards.
