Empower Youth through Essential Employability Skills

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of a flagship program designed to skill the youth of India and enhance their employability. This role focuses on developing essential skills among unemployed graduates, equipping them for private sector jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions based on predefined plans, emphasizing communication skills, soft skills, and other employability skills as per the curriculum.
  • Assist learners in building skills and knowledge across specified subjects, ensuring they are prepared to face employment challenges.
  • Conduct assessments during training to gauge learner progress and continuously monitor and support learners to ensure their growth in various skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to training sessions and participant progress, keeping track of key metrics and learner achievements for program evaluation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • Previous experience in teaching or training, particularly in soft skills, employability, or personality development.
  • Experience working with youth, especially in the context of skill development for employment.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in teaching soft skills, leadership skills, public speaking, and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage participants effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital literacy training and knowledge of tools for training and assessment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain training records and data.

Education:

  • Any graduate (UG).
  • Postgraduate education is preferred but not mandatory.
