Data Conversion Specialist

As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless migration of data into our systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition from legacy systems to our new platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Create and utilize EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors.
  • Develop and implement data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
