Project Coordinator Role

About the Position:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to facilitate our project management and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to collaborate across teams, and have hands-on experience with Jira.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between diverse teams (operations, sales, engineering, marketing, design, and support) to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Manage project tracking and workflows using Jira (creating, assigning, monitoring tasks, and reporting).
  • Foster clear communication among stakeholders and provide timely project updates.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Identify risks, track dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support process improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
