About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce & Social Media Manager to join our team at Buna Studio in New Delhi. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent communication skills and experience in social media management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • E-commerce backend management on Shopify, ensuring seamless order processing and inventory management.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with public figures, bloggers, and overseas buyers to drive business growth.
  • Oversee online and offline order management, including follow-ups and coordination with the merchandising team for timely dispatch.
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content and responding to queries.
  • Provide support to customers at our physical store, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage visual merchandising (VM) of the store, maintaining an attractive and cohesive display.
  • Plan and execute product launches on our website, driving sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage website and store inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including MBOs and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop customized order lists and handle special client orders with precision.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to guarantee timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Design graphics for social media promotions, enhancing our brand's online presence.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in social media management, preferably with a designer women's wear fashion label or an export house.
  • Excellent command over the English language, with great intercommunication skills.
  • Good exposure to the fashion industry, with a sharp understanding of market trends.
  • The ability to work seamlessly under deadlines, possessing excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a natural flair for communication.
  • Multitasking abilities, with daily orders management expertise.

Compensation Package

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to ₹45,000 per month, depending on your education, experience, and skills. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
