Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. They will also have a strong understanding of object-based models and governor limits in Salesforce.

You will work closely with the business product owners to develop stories, participate in the creation of documentation, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations. Additionally, you will continually update your knowledge of new features added to Salesforce's products.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions using native Salesforce functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the company's Salesforce platform.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with business product owners to develop stories.
  • Participate in the creation of documentation.
  • Optimize existing Salesforce implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science.
  • 3 years of enterprise experience developing Salesforce.com products.
  • Strong understanding of object-based models and governor limits in Salesforce.
  • Experience with Service Cloud implementation.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of Salesforce experience.
  • Robust experience in Service Cloud features in an operationally critical context.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to diverse lines of business using Salesforce.
  • Able to clearly articulate the pros and cons of why you would use a particular method.
