Job Description

  • Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting Oracle Flexcube modules, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • The role involves performing requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration is essential, along with the ability to deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Candidates should be capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Additionally, they must manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Effective documentation of functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules, including Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury.
  • Knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Proficiency in Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
