Technical Consulting Services for Oracle HCM Cloud

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant to join our team and drive innovation in Oracle HCM Cloud. As a key member of our consulting services team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems.
  • Support large/complex data imports and extracts.
  • Validate accuracy through reporting and queries.
  • Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.
  • Provide experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.
  • Plan for and support migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and Payroll area.
  • Experience working with US and Canada Payroll.
  • SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming skills.
  • HDLC experience.
  • SDLC and JIRA knowledge.

Education/Certifications:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
