Key Initiatives
">Deliver large-scale IT programs in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry. This role involves:- Leading cross-functional teams to drive project success;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and budgets;
- Developing and implementing effective project management strategies to ensure timely delivery and within budget;
- Maintaining open communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">The ideal candidate will possess:- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in IT program management, preferably in the Media & Entertainment industry;
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards common goals;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
