Cloud Engineering Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to spearhead our cloud-native security initiatives. This individual will oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing software systems.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of secure software solutions.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
  • Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), including Helm charts and service meshes.
  • Develop and enforce DevSecOps policies including vulnerability scanning and secrets management.
  • Integrate security controls into CI/CD workflows.
  • Build and maintain monitoring and observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing and supporting scalable, highly available, and secure systems in production environments.
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, including shift-left security and secure SDLC.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tooling and automation across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes internals and Linux namespaces/cgroups.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and programming languages like Python and Go.
  • Strong grasp of networking protocols and cloud networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native security tools and GitOps workflows.
  • Experience with artifact repositories and package managers.
  • Knowledge of software supply chain security including SBOMs and provenance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Equivalent practical experience in cloud engineering or platform operations.
