Strategic Channel Manager Job Description

This position plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, analyzing data, and creating actionable insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. They will be able to develop and manage leadership-facing materials, reports, dashboards, and documentation while ensuring timely execution of tasks and maintaining accurate, real-time data capture and reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage strategic leadership-facing materials, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
    • Create actionable insights using pipeline data, initiative tracking, and industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track initiatives and ensure timely execution.
    • Maintain accurate, real-time data capture and reporting.
  • Operational Enablement:
    • Build and maintain knowledge repositories, process documentation, and initiative trackers.
    • Enable smooth execution of recurring processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Market & Relationship Intelligence:
    • Track market trends, competitor activity, and whitespace opportunities.
    • Consolidate intelligence from internal teams, market research, and industry insights.
  • Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership:
    • Support the creation of point-of-views (POVs), go-to-market collateral, and sales presentations.
    • Develop strategic content aligned with regional and global priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, partnerships, business operations, growth, or program management.
  • Experience working with global teams and exposure to partnerships or private equity ecosystems is preferred.
