Job Title: Strategic Brand Manager

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's strategy and ensuring its consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet departmental objectives.

Additionally, you will stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative design and technology into our brand strategy. You will be the go-to person for brand and design-related queries, raised by colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Graphic & Communication Design, with a robust portfolio showcasing high-end design skills.
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience in PPT design and exposure to video animation in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere PRO.
  • Brainstorming and design thinking skills, understanding of the printing process and specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing design projects and brand management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and adept time management.
