IT Service Management Developer

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Service Management developer to join our organization.

As an IT Service Management developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient and effective incident, problem, and change management processes that meet the business requirements of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development and a strong understanding of ITIL best practices. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement efficient and effective incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service management processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the IT service management domain.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow platform features.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
