Job Overview:

This key role is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across all approved and submitted profiles in line with productivity targets and Performance Level Agreements.

The position involves conducting thorough quality checks on reviews completed by team members for accuracy and compliance to relevant regulations. Timely completion of reviews, producing high-quality profiles, and addressing quality issues are core responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be able to mentor new joiners, highlight audit and compliance issues to management, and perform root cause analysis to improve quality scores.

Key skills required include adaptability, research and analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience with AML/KYC tools such as SWIFT KYC Registry, Factiva, and Bankers Almanac.
