We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Social Care. The Position

Key Objectives:

  • To achieve monthly recruitment targets.
  • To enable regions and branches to meet their monthly hiring goals.
  • To manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates with the aim of converting 20+ hires to new starters per month.

Responsibilities:

Engage Inbound Applicants:

  • Ensure swift communication with candidates, meeting our goal of first contact within 2 hours of accepting their offer.
  • Support candidates in gathering required documentation, processing references, DBSs, and right-to-work checks.
  • Verify that all necessary checks are completed accurately, ensuring new hires comply with relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with trainers to arrange and confirm training sessions for candidates.
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to complete risk assessments for candidates as needed.
  • Send contracts, complete Carer Sign Off forms, and co-sign off team members' candidates.
  • Data entry and management of candidate files, Compliance Tracker, and Applicant Tracking System.
  • Escalate any issues or blockages to Team Leaders in a timely manner.

Systems and Documentation:

  • Manage the Compliance and Daily Trackers by updating all activity in real-time.
  • Use the ATS to record all communication with candidates, ensuring they are moved to the relevant status in real-time.

Measures of Success:

  • New hires onboarded per week/month.
  • Candidates booked to and attending training sessions.
  • Time to hire (from candidate acceptance to first solo shift).

Requirements:

  • Experience as an administrator in HR or Recruitment with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across teams.

Work Schedule:

This role requires working during UK daytime hours:

  • 13:30 PM – 22:00 PM IST (9:00 am - 17:30pm GMT).
  • Monday to Friday.

Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹7 - ₹9 lakhs per annum.
