Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented customer service professional to fill this key role in our support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Process and manage customer orders on our e-commerce platform, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our shipping vendors and work with them to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience working in e-commerce operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
