Style Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a key member of our sales force. As a style sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling fashion collections to offline customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell fashion wear to offline customers.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct product presentations, explain features and benefits, and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the merchandising/production team to improve our products.
  • Manage offline order processing, payment follow-ups, and timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and local marketing events to increase brand awareness.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for growth in offline markets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in offline sales, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing).

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and customer interaction, be target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
