We are seeking a highly skilled Call Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's performance by ensuring that our sales calls meet the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough call audits, evaluating sales conversations, and providing actionable feedback to our advisors. Your expertise in consultative sales processes and analytical skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and develop effective coaching programs.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of high-ticket sales environments, inside sales outreach operations, and quality assurance principles. You must also be proficient in using call monitoring tools and CRM software. Familiarity with EdTech industry standards is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct regular call audits to assess advisor performance and provide detailed feedback
  • Evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls for adherence to quality standards and compliance
  • Develop and implement coaching programs to enhance advisor conversation quality
  • Collaborate with the training team to create instructional design materials and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center
  • Strong analytical and observation skills, with excellent communication and feedback delivery
  • Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software, with familiarity with EdTech industry standards
