Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Process Development: Develop, implement, and automate quality processes to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Testing and Validation: Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities, code quality, and report results following all formal test architectures and project processes.
  • Metrics Tracking: Track key metrics such as velocity, code quality, defect density, and testing metrics across all phases, reporting to management.
  • Documentation: Document testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce any defects.
  • Collaboration: Provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute testing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in application testing.
  • Familiarity with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of relational database models and GUI tools to interact with them.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, and SoapUI.
  • Prior experience with multi-browser and mobile device systems.
