We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and driven Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

This is a fully remote position, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet high standards.

This role demands curiosity, precision, and the ability to cut through complexity and ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure software functionality with exceptional detail and accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and suggest process improvements.
LiveOps Quality Assurance Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and stability of live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events, covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.
  • Validate Integrated assets & bundles in Unity, triaged live issues, release candidates, and feature branches.
  • Monitor and test live issue resolutions, hotfixes, and deployment-ready changes.
Feature Quality Assurance Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution.
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray, execute tests across environments, and validate feature branches.
  • Log and triage bugs, including stakeholder feedback, and own test cycles for P0/P1/P2 issues.
RequirementsMust Haves
  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.).
