We're looking for a pioneering Entrepreneur in Residence to collaborate with our leadership team on shaping, validating, and launching high-impact ventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing deep-tech startup that's addressing real-world problems through cutting-edge innovation.

As an EIR, you'll work closely with the founding team across key strategic initiatives – from market exploration and product conceptualization to business model design, investor documentation, and go-to-market planning. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role designed for someone ready to build or co-build the next transformative company.

What You'll Do

  • IDentify and explore new venture opportunities aligned with our mission
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery
  • Develop strategic proposals, business cases, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead or support investor documentation, including pitch decks, financial models, and narrative building
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to define MVP specs and growth plans
  • Option to transition into a founder/CEO role for validated ideas

Who You Are

  • A former founder, early startup operator, or domain expert with strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and moving at pace
  • Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting market gaps and validating hypotheses
  • Excellent communicator – able to craft compelling narratives for investors, partners, and teams
