Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision

    • Ensure alignment with government policies, startup ecosystem goals, and institutional objectives.
    • Develop sector-specific focus areas.
  • Program Development & Management
    • Design and execute incubation, acceleration, and pre-incubation programs.
    • Build a pipeline of high-potential startups and entrepreneurs.
    • Provide mentoring, capacity-building workshops, and networking opportunities.
    • Establish measurable KPIs for startups.
  • Financial Sustainability & Fundraising
    • Mobilize resources through CSR partnerships, government grants, and institutional support.
    • Develop revenue streams while adhering to restrictions.
    • Ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
    • Forge collaborations with corporates, investors, academic institutions, and government bodies.
    • Establish MoUs with ecosystem enablers.
    • Build international linkages for global exposure.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure statutory compliance under relevant laws.
    • Regular reporting to the Board of Directors.
    • Maintain transparency, accountability, and governance best practices.
  • Impact Assessment & Evaluation
    • Track performance metrics of incubated startups.
    • Publish annual reports highlighting impact in terms of employment, innovation, and social contribution.
    • Drive outcome-based evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Branding & Outreach
    • Position the organization as a leading ecosystem enabler.
    • Promote incubated startups through media, events, and demo days.
    • Represent the organization at industry forums, policy discussions, and conferences.
  • Innovation & Technology Enablement
    • Establish labs, prototyping facilities, and co-working infrastructure.
    • Encourage adoption of emerging technologies.
    • Facilitate IP creation and technology transfer.
  • Sustainability & Legacy Creation
    • Build a model that continues beyond grants—ensuring resilience and continuity.
    • Develop alumni networks of successful startups to contribute back to the ecosystem.
    • Contribute to national priorities.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • MBA
    • 10+ years' experience in business-related field
    • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
