Revolutionize User Experiences

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of our cutting-edge, AI-powered platform that guides students through their career journey. Our unified platform breaks down complex learning paths into manageable milestones, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality user interfaces collaborating closely with backend and UX teams to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces that meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
  3. Establish and enforce best practices for UI design, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure consistency across the platform.
  4. Design and build high-performance React components using Zustand and TailwindCSS, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  5. Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft, fostering growth and improvement within the team.
  6. Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including proof-of-concepts for embedding low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
  7. Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements that enhance the user experience.
  8. Contribute to architecture discussions, focusing on scalability and performance to ensure the long-term success of the platform.
Requirements:
  1. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in front-end/UI development.
  2. Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem, with a deep understanding of state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  3. Proficiency in real-time communication (WebSockets) and familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  4. A strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices, with an agile mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.
