  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.">
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.">
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.">
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.">
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.">
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.">
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).">
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.">
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.">
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.">
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
