This position requires a designer who can own the visual language, lead conceptualization and execution of creatives for print, digital, outdoor, films, and more, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling ideas.

  • Owning the visual language and design output across multiple brands and campaigns
  • Leading the conceptualisation and execution of creatives for various mediums
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging designs
  • Guiding junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work
  • Translating marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions
  • Reviewing creative work to ensure high standards and client expectations
  • Presenting ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
  • Staying up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends

The ideal candidate will possess 3-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency, a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats, excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
