Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that enhance brand storytelling.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create stunning branding and packaging designs that capture the essence of our clients' brands.
  • Develop illustrations and creative assets that bring our brand's story to life.
  • Design engaging social media creatives and campaigns that complement our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure visuals align with brand positioning.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, packaging innovations, and digital-first branding styles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong portfolio in branding and packaging design.
  • 1-2 years of experience in design.
  • Experience with illustration and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • The knowledge on how to use AI to elevate design.
  • Solid understanding of visual communication, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret client briefs into creative, strategic design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Agency experience, especially with D2C brands.
  • Love working with a small, like-minded team.
