Job Title: Innovation Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to drive innovative projects in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to develop cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables with clear objectives.

Research & Development:
  • Design and implement advanced deep learning and computer vision algorithms to solve real-world problems.
  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure competitiveness.
Project Execution:
  • Translate business needs into AI-based solutions that deliver tangible results.
  • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment with high efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Presentation and publication support to showcase achievements and thought leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering or related fields with strong academic background.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning with a proven track record.
  • Strong expertise in developing deep learning models with significant impact.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection with valuable insights.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks with ability to navigate complexities.
