User Experience Designer

About the Role:

We're seeking an accomplished User Experience Designer to bring complex ideas to life with intuitive and aesthetically refined digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct thorough research to define clear, user-centred design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver high-quality UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
