### Requirements:

Certification as a Supervisor Decorative Painter.

Minimum 2 years of experience in training or supervising in the painting and coating industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate participants.

Knowledge of the latest techniques and best practices in decorative painting.

Willingness to travel to specified locations.
