We are hiring versatile and talented individuals for the role of **Pharma Trainer.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on pharmaceutical topics, ensuring effective communication of complex concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research.
- Integrate new knowledge and research findings into the curriculum to provide relevant and up-to-date education.
- Provide academic guidance, career advice, and mentoring students.
- Encourage student engagement and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Reflect on teaching methods and student feedback to continuously improve the quality of education.
- Analyse the overall performance of the programmes and make improvements.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor or master's degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm. or M.Pharm), pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, or a related field.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment towards student success.
- Experience in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
- Knowledge of educational technologies and tools for online and blended learning.
- Ability to engage students in both classroom and laboratory settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
