Senior Operations Executive Job Description

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Operations Executive to play a key role in managing our B2B operations within the Personal Care or FMCG industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end order processing, key account management, purchase order (PO) processing, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) tracking, and overall coordination with internal and external stakeholders for seamless supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B Operations Management: Manage orders for institutional and B2B clients, coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Key Account Management: Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensure high service levels, build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • PO & GRN Handling: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), track Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouses for stock availability, collaborate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of operational activities, generate periodic reports on order status, GRN, and PO status with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the FMCG or Personal Care sector.
  • Experience in handling B2B key accounts, managing PO/GRN workflows, and proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and order management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
