About the Job
We're Anakin (YC S21), a dynamic company that's always pushing the boundaries in international sales. We're on the hunt for a seasoned Global Client Acquisition Leader who will spearhead our global business development and sales efforts. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, including discovery, account mapping, developing proposals, conducting proof of concepts, handling objections, negotiating pricing and contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales motion to acquire international clients targeting the US, Europe & EMEA region.
  2. Client Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, P&L owners, and distractors focusing on international enterprises.
  3. Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning in the international market.
  4. People Management: Mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance their effectiveness in the international sales landscape.
  5. Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the sales representatives to develop targeted campaigns and materials for international markets.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Must have experience selling IT/SaaS products to Enterprise/Mid-Market customers.
