Job Description:

We are seeking a Procurement Client Acquisition Strategist to drive business growth in this area by identifying, engaging, and onboarding clients and vendors. The role involves developing targeted strategies, managing end-to-end client relationships, and ensuring seamless vendor integration to deliver exceptional value to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients and vendors using procurement directories, LinkedIn, and industry networks.

Build a robust pipeline of businesses needing procurement support, supply chain optimization, or inventory management solutions.

2. Client and Vendor Acquisition:

Engage with procurement managers and key decision-makers to understand their business needs.

Develop tailored pitches highlighting Caasdi Global's expertise in procurement services, including vendor sourcing, supply chain efficiency, and inventory solutions.

3. Outbound Prospecting:

Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to connect with clients and vendors.

Ensure messaging focuses on solving procurement challenges and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

4. Relationship Management:

Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, streamline supply chain processes, and ensure timely deliveries.

5. Supply Chain and Inventory Management:

Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and cost reduction for clients.

Assist businesses in implementing effective inventory management practices to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.

6. Networking and Events:

Represent Caasdi Global at industry-specific events to build connections with potential clients and vendors.

Convert initial contacts into actionable leads by following up strategically.

7. Analyze Metrics and Refine Strategies:

Track the performance of client and vendor acquisition strategies and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Ensure all procurement workflows and processes are optimized for efficiency.

8. Stay Updated on Trends:

Stay informed about the latest advancements in procurement, supply chain management, and inventory solutions.

Apply innovative methods to keep Caasdi Global ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor relations.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and lead generation strategies.

Experience of 1-2 years in this field

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
